Church Weekly Curriculum Subscription

OPTION ONE: $100 a month ($1200 for a year)

  • Two lessons every week for a year: 1 PreK and 1 Elementary

  • Monthly check-ins on how content is going, giving real time feedback on what is working and what's not working in your community. You can be as hands-on or hands-off to the development of the actual content as you want. This is with other like-minded churches who are probably asking similar questions to you! I’ve noticed lots of pastors are being resourced but kids pastors are commonly under-resourced. Let’s chat and get to know one another!

  • Get to talk to other kids pastors who may have similar difficulties as you are!

OPTION TWO: $200 a month ($2400 for a year)

  • Everything above + 4 weeks of a private Parenting after Deconstruction cohort (normally costs $80 per person with at least 10 people; this allows you to have up to 20 or so folks in the class).

  • This class is a great accompaniment to the curriculum because it helps give the "why" and research backing how we do kids' faith development. My background is a bachelor in elementary education + MDIV—I’m combining these worlds in this class to talk a bit about when we teach certain concepts and how. The cohort would be delivered on Zoom or with your folks in one room, delivered over four weeks.

FAQ:

  • I’m a small church, does this work for me?

    • Yep! I wrote this with a minimal budget in mind (like the space we run this in and in which we use the research) but with an emphasis on play-based learning. I would suggest creating some sensory bins that I keep on hand and pull out. We rent our space so storage is often in my car or garage. You can make it work, less is more!

  • I’m a big church, does this work for me?

    • Yep! I think this would need to be modified a bit in some cases but it should and would love feedback for how it works for larger churches!

  • Why do Pre-K + Elementary have different lesson plans some weeks?

  • My research with brains + child development says we don’t teach all the stories to every age. I use a concept called “spiral teaching” where you add onto your stories by teaching details to the story as kiddos get older or adding in stories that feel more age appropriate.

  • If you only want PreK or Elem subscription that’s an option, e-mail me

  • My community can’t afford this, can I buy this in smaller chunks?

    • There’s a 10 kids or less in my program option if you contact me, small churches deserve great kids programs!

    • Let me know, e-mail me!
